| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 18, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Goyal, Director who retires by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. S V Ghatalia & Associates as Auditors and fixed their remuneration for the year 2008-2009. |
