The Limited Review of the Auditors will also be considered at the Meeting.
Further, the Trading Window for purchase / sale of Company’s shares shall remain closed from October 23, 2014 till October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive) in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 30, 2014 for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter / half year ended on September 30, 2014. |
