| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2015, have approved of a Scheme of Amalgamation whereby and whereunder Shristi Housing Development Limited ("SHDL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SIDCL, along with its two wholly owned subsidiaries namely Vivekananda Skyroad Limited ("VSRL") and Vitthal Hospitality Private Limited ("VHPL") are proposed to be amalgamated with SIDCL, with effect from January 01, 2015 (the Appointed Date). No shares are to be issued pursuant to the scheme, since amalgamation is of wholly owned subsidiaries.
The Scheme is subject to and conditional upon receipt of necessary approvals. |
