Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, has approved the internal restructuring of the following assets within the group:

i. Shantiniketan Office space

ii. Office Building project in Gift City Phase

iii. Prestige Cyber Green , Kochi Smart City;

iv. The Forum Koramangala;

v. Hillside Gateway - Retail;

vi. Oakwood Premier Prestige; and

vii. Conrad Hotel.

There shall be no effective dilution of the Company's interest in the assets pursuant to the proposed restructuring.
