| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2015 13:09:32 | With reference to the letter dated August 14, 2015, informing about the appointment of Shri P. S. Jayakumar as Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda by Government of India vide its Notification dated August 14, 2015 inter-alia stating that he is appointed for a period of three years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
In continuation to the above, Bank of Baroda has now informed BSE that Shri P. S. Jayakumar has assumed the charge of the Office of Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda on October 13, 2015. |
