| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/07/2016 08:43:32 | Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited Stand-alone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
The Company also be submitting the unaudited Consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiary for the above quarter.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed for trading in Company’s equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from July 18, 2016 to July 25, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
