| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/01/2016 11:05:40 | Mayukh Dealtrade Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 till the completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per the company’s Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
