This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 13th day of December, 2017 at 11.00 A.M inter alia to consider, take on record and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2017.
Further, as per Company's Code of conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain close for all designated Employees and directors from 5th December, 2017 to 15th December, 2017.
