Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (“the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from November 07, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both day inclusive) for the Promoters/ Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company for the aforesaid purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
