Estate, L.B.S Marg, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai 400086 (Mumbai Office of the company) and concluded at 07.35 P.M and inter alia transacted the business as per attachment.
The reason for the extended time of meeting was due to delay in commencement of meeting due to power issues (internet connectivity issues) at the venue of meeting due to which directors were unable to access important documents which resulted in delay.
