| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/07/2016 16:40:34 | With reference to the earlier letter dated July 11, 2016, intimating the date of next Board Meeting i.e. July 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board in the said meeting will also consider the proposed Scheme of Arrangement for hive-off and transfer of 500 MW Jaypee Bina Thermal Power Plant of the Company to its subsidiary Company.
As already intimated, the Trading Window will continue to remain closed upto July 20, 2016. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s shares/securities. |
