In the 30th Annual General Meeting held on 7.9.2017, the appointment of M/s.ASA & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountant (FRN:009571N/N500006) as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office for a period of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of thirtieth Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the thirty fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to ratification of the appointment by the members at every Annual General Meeting has been adopted and approved with the requisite majority of the shareholders.
