| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peacock Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 15, 2009, inter alia, have accorded the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ending March 31, 2009 and the Directors’ Report and the Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Appointment of Mr. D A Dawood as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Sampatilal Bohara & Co., Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
