1. Mr. Venkata Vara Prasad Pasumarthy has resigned from the Board of Directors (Board) as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee with effect from December 20, 2016.
2. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. K. Satynarayana Raju as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect, who shall hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Athmuri VSB Laxmipathi Rao as a Member of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company with immediate effect.
4. The Board has appointed Mr. Godha Venkateshwar Rao as the Chairman of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company with immediate effect. |
