| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier announcement regarding 'Tool Down' strike by Union and Workmen of Bangalore Plant, Bosch Ltd has now informed BSE that the illegal 'Tool Down' strike declared by Union and Workmen of Bangalore Plant has been called off with effect from October 13, 2011 after the issue of prohibitory order by the Government of Karnataka vide their letter dated October 12, 2011. This was followed by an unconditional letter to end the strike from the Union to the Company. Plant Operations have been resumed from October 14, 2011 beginning with the first shift of production. |
