1. The Board has approved the appointment of M/s. D. And A. Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. as the Lead Merchant Banker in place of M/s. PNB Investment Services Ltd. for the proposed Rights Issue.
2. The Board has approved the resignation of Mr. Mohd. Shahid Aftab from the directorship of the Company, with immediate effect. |
