| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/10/2016 10:20:49 | Accel Frontline Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the approval under the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained an extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) upto December 31, 2016 for adoption of Accounts for the financial year 2015-16.
Registrar of Companies (ROC) vide its order dated September 30, 2016 had approved for three months i.e. upto December 31, 2016.
The Company shall convey the date of Annual General Meeting as and when the Board of Directors of the Company decides as such. |
