In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Parnax Lab Ltd, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 11, 2016 to June 01, 2016 i.e. from the eleventh day of the month following the quarter till 48 hours from the time the results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges on the date of the Meeting. |
