| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cubex Tubings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 20, 2006, inter alia, has passed the following business:
1. Preferential Issue of 9,25,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to persons other than Promoters.
2. Preferential Issue of 9,50,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to persons / entities other than Promoters.
3. Preferential Issue of 6,25,000 Warrants convertible into Equity Shares to the Promoters.
4. Convening of Extra ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on February 20, 2006 to seek approval of the members for the above items. |
