| Exchange Disseminated Time 27/01/2017 17:48:27 | Celebrity Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on January 27, 2017 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
