Sub: Record date for Payment of Dividend for 2016-2017.
We refer our letter dated 30.5.2017, wherein it was informed to the exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30.5.2017 have recommended a dividend of Rs.3/- per equity share of Rs.1/- each for the year ended 31st March 2017. It was also informed that the dividend on declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (scheduled on 4.8.2017), will be paid within 30 days thereof.
The Record Date for payment of the Dividend is 28th July 2017 (Friday). The dividend will be paid to members of the company on or after 4.8.2017.
