1. Ms. Y. S. Vora has ceased to be the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014 due to her personal reasons.
Further the Company has informed that, Ms. Neha Soni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. August 01, 2014.
2. The Board as appointed Shri Nalin Ajawalia as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Devendra Jain, Independent Director, who ceased to be a Independent Director.
3. The Board has appointed Shri Ashish Shah as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Mr. Sanjay Shah, Independent Director, who ceased to be a Independent Director.
