| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/08/2015 16:55:38 | | VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, has considered proposal for diversification of business and with this in view to explore possibilities of venturing into steel and/or power sectors which are a good value proposition at this point of time. The Board in principle agreed that techno-economic feasibility studies for steel and/or power sector be undertaken and, if found feasible, the activity in the said sector(s) might be taken up by incorporating a subsidiary Company after it is approved by the Board. |
