| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat State Financial Corporation has informed BSE that the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 02, 2010, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Corporation for the year ended March 31, 2010 along with Auditor’s Report thereon and the report of the Board of Directors,
2. To appoint M/s. Mahendra N. Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad as auditors of the Corporation to hold office from the conclusion of 50th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting as recommended by RBI an to fix the’ remuneration. |
