- Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the 'Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading' adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for all connected / designated persons of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2016 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016, all Directors / Connected persons / Designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
