| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on February 26, 2010, inter alia, to 2063385, 0.001% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Rs. 100/- each with respect to the payment of Dividend thereon and redemption thereof be and are hereby varied in a manner appearing as under:
a) The right to dividend of Rs. 0.001 per CRPS of Rs. 100/- each per year for the period commencing from January 01, 2004 till February 28, 2010 be waived and cancelled.
b) The existing terms and conditions of redemption of CRPS being ‘redeemable at par in 12 equal quarterly installments commencing from June 30, 2015’ be substituted with the new terms and conditions to read as “redeemable at premium of Rs. 0.0062 per CRPS on February 28, 2010.”
c) Other terms and conditions subject to which the CRPS have been issued shall remain unaltered. |
