1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.
2. To consider the alteration of the Main objects of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall remain closed and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid Financial Results. Hence all Designated Employees (including Directors) shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
