| Exchange Disseminated Time 15/03/2016 11:41:02 | Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 15, 2016, has considered and declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.10/- per equity share (i.e. 55%) of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
The Interim Dividend shall be payable on and from March 28, 2016 and will be paid within the timelines stipulated under the Companies Act, 2013.
