| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to earlier announcement dated May 11, 2011 regarding publishing Audited Results within 60 days from the end of the last quarter of the Financial Year 2010-11, Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd (TFCI) has now informed BSE about a letter being sent to the Regulator regarding hostile take over of management control of TFCI by IFCI wherein clarification has been sought from the Regulator regarding appointment and removal of directors of TFCI by IFCI in violation of SEBI Takeover Regulations. Pending clarification from the Regulator, the Board Meeting of TFCI could not be held. |
