Further, as per the new Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / Officers and designated/specified employees of the Company from July 18, 2016 to July 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results to the public. |
