With rerefence to the earlier annoucement dated March 31, 2009, regarding the Company had extended its Accounting Year for 3 months from March 31, 2009 to June 30, 2009, Orient Press Ltd has now informed BSE that in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on June 30, 2009 it was decided to extend the Accounting year of the Company for 6 months i.e. from March 31, 2009 to September 30, 2009 necessitating the approval of the Registrar of Companies. Further the Company has obtained the approval of the Registrar of Companies for the said extension.
