Further, in accordance to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed from May 19, 2017 to June 01, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
