Ganapathi as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of three years from April 01, 2012 till March 31, 2015. The terms of appointment shall be subject to confirmation by the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company and shall be placed for ratification of the members in the next general meeting of the members of the Company. |
