| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd has informed BSE that 10.00% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shareholders (OCCRPS) at their Extra ordinary General Meeting held on February 26, 2010 have passed unanimously the resolution approving variation of terms and conditions of above said OCCRPS. Accordingly the OCCRPS are now redeemable on February 28, 2010 at a premium of Rs. 53.0224 per OCCRPS.
In terms of approval of the proposal by the above Preference Shareholders, the Company shall proceed to redeem the OCCRPS and all such Members who as per the records of the Company hold OCCRPS as on February 28, 2010 shall be eligible to receive the redemption proceeds, representing the face value of the OCCRPS held by them together with Premium thereon. |
