| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2016 07:41:39 | VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from July 21, 2016 to July 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
