| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated February 03, 2014, Tulsyan NEC Ltd has now informed BSE that the ensuing Board Meeting of the Company scheduled on February 11, 2014 has been postponed and accordingly the revised date of the Board Meeting shall be February 26, 2014 for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that the closure of trading window will be extended accordingly and shall remain closed till February 27, 2014. |
