| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nirvikara Paper Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.
Further, in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed from April 28, 2016 (6.00 P.M.) to May 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company (“the concerned persons”). The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Shares of the Company shall re-open from May 10, 2016. |
