| Exchange Disseminated Time | JCT Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has settled with the Bondholders for payment of the dues, in full, of the outstanding Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) subject to the terms and conditions of the Consent Terms which have been signed by the Company with the bondholders, the Trustee and simultaneously filed before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh on June 03, 2015.
Pursuant to the Consent Terms, the Company has agreed to repay all amounts due towards the remaining FCCBs aggregating to US$ 20,744,217 and payable in 10 (ten) installments starting from October 2015 to December 2017. |
