| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/11/2016 11:55:04 | Parag Milk Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on November 09, 2016, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Policy on Insider Trading (the " Policy ") formulated to regulate and report trading by insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the "Trading Window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders from November 02, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons (as per the Company's aforesaid Policy) and their immediate relatives. |
