| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vidhi Dyestuffs Manufacturing Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
2. To consider the Limited Review Report for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015.
3. To consider and declare 3rd interim dividend for the year 2015-16 and to fix the record date for the same.
4. To consider appointment of Chief Financial officer of the Company.
5. To consider appointment of Whole time Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from February 02, 2016 to February 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, Insiders (as defined in the code), and their dependents and family members. |
