| Exchange Disseminated Time | PCS Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Resolutions:
1. Accorded to the transfer, sell or otherwise disposed of in any manner whatsoever the Company’s immovable property situated at plot no. 148- 151 Alandi Markaal Road, Village Dhanore, Alandi, Dist. Pune 412 106 (Alandi - Pune) together with Building and Structures standing thereon to such buyer including any Director of the Company and for such consideration and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board in the best interest of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
2. Accorded to the transfer, sell or otherwise disposed of or assign n any manner whatsoever the Company’s immovable property situated at plot no. 4, survey no. 23,CTS. No 5/5, Saki Vihar Road, Saki Naka, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 072 (Sakinaka - Andheri) together with Building and Structures standing thereon to such buyer including any Director of the Company and for such consideration and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Board in the best interest of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Company has appointed Mr. Bhavesh Desai, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer not later than the close of working hours on July 07, 2011. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman or in hise absence to any other Director authorized by him, upon completion of the scrutiny of the postal ballots, the results of the postal ballot will be announced on July 11, 2011. |
