| Exchange Disseminated Time | Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 17, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.
Further, as per "Asian Paints Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" the trading window of the Company will be closed between September 01, 2014 to September 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of interim dividend. The same is being informed to the Directors, persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated employees of the Company. |
