1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet as on June 30, 2007 and the Directors and Auditors report.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. D Krishna Kumar Raju & Mr. P V V Prasad, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company.
4. Reduction of Capital by written off the accumulated losses of the Company. |
