Further, as per the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results and/or outcome of the Board Meeting. |
