KLRF Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Regulation 9 and 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 03, 2016, have approved the following policies:

1. Policy for determination of materiality of events and Information for disclosure to Stock Exchanges

2. Policy for preservation of documents and archival

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the said regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company have authorised the Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to stock exchange under this regulation.
