1. The Board of Directors decided to close down its wholly owned subsidiary company M/s. Elkhill Agrotech Pvt Ltd., as there has been no business activities in the company. The necessary closure formalities are being taken up in due course.
2. Further, Mr. R Dayakar Naidu, has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer of the company, w.e.f. November 11, 2015 and Mr. I Sivakumar, the existing Accounts Officer of the Company has been promoted as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from November 11, 2015. |
