Further the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 22nd September 2017 to Thursday, 28th September 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 27th Annual General Meeting.
The Company has provided the remote electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of Central Depository Services India Limited (CDSL). Members holding shares either in physical or in demat mode as on cut-off date i.e., Thursday, 21st September,2017 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The E-voting facility will commence from Monday, 9:00 A.M. on September 25, 2017 to Wednesday, 05:00 P.M. on September 27, 2017.
