Further, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed from August 08, 2016 till August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive), in terms of Banks Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders. The trading window shall be open for trading in securities from August 16, 2016. |
