| Exchange Disseminated Time | VMF Softech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on December 22, 2011, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Audited Balance Sheet as on June 30, 2011, and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date along with reports of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Rajender Vithal Naniwadekar as Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. Penumatcha Krishnam Raju as Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointment of M/s. Mahesh, Virender & Sriram, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company, to hold office from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be fixed by the Board. |
