| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lumax Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2016, inter alia, has taken the following decisions;
1. Considered and approved the proposal for re-classification of Mr. Umesh Kumar Jain, Lumax Automotive Systems Ltd and Vardhman Agencies Pvt. Ltd from Promoter Category to Public Category, as the above persons are no longer associated with the management and affairs of the Company and do not exercise any direct or indirect control in the management and affairs of the Company.
2. The Board of Directors has declared Interim Dividend of 120% (Rs.12/- per share) on March 12, 2016 which is considered to be final. |
